Inflatable Life Rafts

SHM’s range of Throw Over-Board Life rafts are manufactured under close supervision of international classification societies. Standard SOLAS Life rafts are available in capacity of 6,10,15,20 & 25 persons to suit vessel’s safety plan and are designed to function in adverse sea conditions (-30 deg C to +60 deg C).

Our liferafts

– Comply to SOLAS LSA Code 96 including latest amendments in the year 2010 i.e. MSC Res.218(82), 226(82),.293(87) & 295(87)).
– Manufactured from polyester neoprene coated fabric that complies to MSC Resolution 81/70 for excellent weather resistance and permeability.
– Two buoyancy chambers ensures that with failure of one, the other provides sufficient buoyancy to carry passengers safely.
– Drop tested for maximum stowage height of 35 meters.
